My 2025 wrap up&reflections.

The beginning of my 2025 felt like: “What a year this month has been…”

Because the beginning of 2025 meant the Educast International Conference and 13,000 new participants registered. That exceeded our expectations and our processing capacity. Trainings, lectures, finalizing every detail, working at the computer from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. … my back was upset with me for a long time 😉

But… by the end of the year, we had built a community of almost 30,000 teachers, educators, and professionals from 147 countries.

I feel immense gratitude for the trust, for building a global educational movement (every participant is a brick building this house), and for the joy of being able to support one another, inspire each other, and not feel alone or overwhelmed in the age of AI and technology.

Our mission remains simple: to enable development for teachers, educators, and professionals, regardless of financial, political, or cultural circumstances.

🎤 In my second professional path, I organized conferences and events for:

Philip Morris International, Brown Brothers Harriman, Orlen & Baltic Energy Business Forum, Ajinomoto Jawo, IQVIA, and Air Liquide Poland.

These were hours of refining scripts, speeches, surprises, conversations, technical rehearsals, unexpected live connection issues across three locations, dismantling stages, and my voice tired from moderating and speaking.

Client feedback: “An unforgettable event.”

I was satisfied too – although sometimes my inner critic kept looking for imperfections 😉

🖼️ 📚 ✨ In between…

There was a lot of watercolor painting and reading – I managed to read and listen to 64 books, countless podcasts, and lectures. There was time in the nature, meditation, wild camping, tent trips, my first-ever sweat lodge, and lucid dreaming workshops. There were energizing, almost otherworldly encounters, conversations, and workshops with Indigenous representatives from South America and Siberia. There were also trainings and lectures in cognitive science&psychology, neurobiology, working with the mind in learning and development, as well as psychotherapy.

🌐 A new website – woofff.

The first newsletter – wooof.

More on the way.

Currently working on a training platform – not “woooff” yet 🙂

👩🏻‍🎓 There were trainings for teachers, educators, company owners, and employees in areas of: Business English, English for Specific Purposes, Public speaking, Science of Learning, Communication, & organizing professional development.

As well as mentoring – planning, structuring learning and training paths based on Educational Psychology and Cognitive Science & Psychology.

In 2025 I had the pleasure of speaking, sharing, exchanging knowledge and experience at:

XI Zlot Anglistów

Edu361 Expo 2025

C-TEP Certificate in Teacher Enhancement Program – Al-Wady Language Schools for Girls

Macmillan New Voices

Volkan Iner & Teacher Talks Series 214

Global YCRED

Mudassar Majeed Ch. and his podcast

MSK Linguistic Center and Sidra Kashif

So many opportunities for my own reflection and insights from other parts of the world. Among the topics we explored:

Why do some learners hesitate to speak English even after years of study?

Business English and the Science of Learning & Teaching

Critical Thinking and Developing HOTS in the age of AI

Error Correction and Giving Feedback + Cognitive Science Insights

🌠 Energetic exchange.

A phrase that still resonates deeply with me.

In the past, I focused intensely on acquiring knowledge – and there wasn’t always enough time or capacity for presence, for being fully here with another human being.

Being. Simply. Despite. Beyond.

Some questions I have for you, and still for myself:

What are you building in 2026?

And are you building it from momentum or from intention?

What part of you grew in 2025 that no one saw on stage? (But you felt and aligned it).

Is your growth reactive to change or intentionally designed for it? What is your relationshop with discomfort?

I wish you wind in your sails and space to exhale. 🌊
